Each has shaped who I am, but none of them tell the whole story.

by LIBBY. exists because there finally needed to be one place where all of those experiences could come together.

This isn’t about creating a personal brand.

It’s about creating a home for the work.

Over the years I’ve been fortunate to work alongside incredible women, First Nations communities, sporting organisations, businesses and leaders who all share one thing in common—they believe people deserve better opportunities to become who they are capable of being.

That work has taken many forms.

Building organisations.

Creating communities.

Leading conversations.

Developing programs.

Standing on stages.

Walking alongside people.

Every experience has reinforced one belief.

Real leadership isn’t about having all the answers.

It’s about creating spaces where people feel safe enough to discover their own.
