Because somewhere along the way, too many women stopped choosing themselves.

I’ve spent years working alongside extraordinary women.

Olympians.

Business owners.

Mothers.

Students.

Community leaders.

Women at the very beginning of their careers.

Women preparing for retirement.

Although their stories were different, one pattern kept appearing.

They had become incredibly good at putting themselves last.

Somewhere between raising families, building careers, caring for others and meeting expectations, they had forgotten how to ask themselves one simple question.

“What do I need?”

Female First was created to change that.

Not by adding more pressure.

Not by asking women to become someone new.

But by helping them reconnect with the person they’ve always been.

Female First isn’t another online course.

It isn’t another motivational community.

It’s a place where women can slow down.

Learn.

Connect.

Challenge the beliefs they’ve carried for years.
